I picked this up from a local antique store for $20 a few months ago. I knew they made a 2 person pump vac, but I've never seen a sweeper from this company. It is slightly different from all of the other bellow sweepers I have seen, as all of the wheels are covered, the mechanism to lift the roller brush out is overcomplicated and odd, and it has round nuts that hold the front piece on. The roller is completely devoid of bristles, but I did retread the front wheels so it can spin anyway. The top is warped but complete, but the veneer on the back of the sweeper was bubbling badly so I removed it. It still has the delicate, wire lined original bag.

Has anyone heard of one of these before, or has another?

If

You go to eBay type in vacuum advertising. This one shows up and you can see the old ad from when it was made.

The results for "vacuum advertising" are roughly 112 pages on eBay. I saw a few for similar sweepers like the Bissell, got through around page 30. Could you link it?

Hmm

I'm not finding it on eBay. I do know I seen one with an add in pics of the vacuum. It must of been a bidding site.
I have a Kenmore sweeper I cleaned up. I just need to take old warped wood out and put new would in spray paint and stain and it will look brand new.
The Bissell grand rapids looks similar to yours.
