Kirby

Hi Doug,I have three Heritage 2's also, this is my second one,the first one I bought in '87,I went to a lady's house to buy a washer and spotted the Kirby on a shelf in the garage,I asked her if she wanted to sell it,she said her husband bought it for her and he was long gone so I guess she didn't like the Kirby or him and let me have it for 20.00 or less I can't remember,It had all the attachments, the front bearing was bad, that was no problem,I worked at a Kirby dealer from '79-83 doing repairs,I was in my 20's and lived in a large house with two sloppy roomates and a Saint Bernard,so that Kirby got a real workout,I later got an electrolux 1205 that I used on light cleaning days, but when I brought out the Kirby they knew it was heavy cleaning that day,one roommate would say,he's bring out the big guns.
