Broil 1-2 minutes more or until chicken is cooked through.</span></p>

You could roast some edamame instead of the salad. Rinse the pods and brush with olive oil and soy sauce. Season with a bit of salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and coconut palm sugar. Oven-roast in a shallow pan, covered with foil, until the pods are soft and practically falling apart.</span></p>
