A perfect Sunday lunch on this chilly, overcast, gloomy day: Pot Roast with celery, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, yellow squash and garlic, served with garlic sesame seed toast.
It slow-cooked on "Low" all night in the Crock-pot, poor little Doggie's and LoLo's noses twitching in eager anticipation.
We had our neighbors downstairs, Camille and Alex, as our guests.
"A good time was had by all."
