Not long ago, I got my first Electrolux, a Model 1205. More recently, three more Electrolux machines have come my way. First, there was a Model L in a kind of taupe or beige color. It has a cord retractor on the back and came only with an ersatz non-electric hose although it has a little PN port on bottom side of the machine. It's in pretty good working condition with a few dings here and there. The brown Kirby attachments came with it but of course aren't correct. No other tools came with it.

Next, came the Electrolux Model LE or 1623. I don't seem to see this model in the historical hit parade online; maybe because it was made in Canada? I don't know the year of production of these machines, probably post-1980 so not exactly appropriate for this forum but part of the three I got so here it is. This one hasn't seen much use, kinda like a hunting rifle that sat in the closet and never went out on deer season. The hose is perfect, the PN is fine with a few scuff marks on it, and the wand section is nice but has one tiny rivet missing from a latch. The serial number is stamped in the bottom, L48000T. No other tools. Pretty simple but powerful machine.

Thirdly, along came a Model 1401-B, which I guess is also called the "Olympia" and it has a little Lake Placid Winter Olympics 1980 sticker on it. At first, I thought some kid had placed this on the machine and I was gonna razor-blade it off but then thought to look it up and sure enough, it was orig. to the machine. This one is a copper color, and came only with an electric hose but no other tools or attachments. The hose is so-so but no holes; it's just seen some use. It has the serial number K34584Z burned into the bottom of it. It seems to run okay, but when you first turn it on, one of the bearings gives a little chirp for a pico-second.
