So I found this at offerup and found it very strange. Its a kirby with a uv light that is attached to the headlight. Any information about it?

I've seen this before. It's trying to capitalize on covid germ spreading paranoia. It's a uv light attached to a sentria. Does it work, not likely.
I wouldn't buy it. Let the idiot who put the light on it keep it and reap the benefits of his fangled contraption.

Its a Kirby vacuum fitted with the UV light-sold by Hygenitec-a company that sells equipment for matteress cleaning.The UV light is supposed to destroy bedbugs and dust mites.When you "buy" the vacuum and other equipment from them-you are buying a franchise from them.

I guess if you're going after bedbugs, a scorched earth policy is the way to go.
But uh, I don't think they usually camp out in carpet. Typically in beds (duh) and like piles of clothing, etc. Not out in the middle of the floor, where you'd vacuum.
Also, it would sun-bleach your carpet after using it often enough.

You detached the upright handle and used the hand one.The Kirby sold was the complete unit-but the UV light was added.There is another matteress cleaner that is the same machine!Forget the name offhand.Look up Matteress cleaners adn service andn you will find these machines.Kirby has noting to do with these.

There is also a setup that uses a dust bin fr a hoover or eureka. You use it like a current bagless vacuum.
Basically if it's not made by kirby don't buy it.

As Oreck and Halo industries already found out about a decade ago, UV lights on vacuums do not kill germs, and there has been no evidence that a UV light even kills germs to begin with.
Also that is a Generation 1 2006 Kirby Sentria with the bag from a 2001 Kirby LE.
Like Tolivac said, this is not a custom unit, it's an industrial upfit done by a company called Hygenitech back in 2009. They make and sell this as a kit that you rent on lease.
The guy selling it is either from Hygenitech himself or its someone that has stolen it or is illegally selling it to get out of the lease.
