Hoover customer service is not currently better than Bissell. Bissell has made a big push promoting there new crosswave.
Hoover is in China with many other vacuum brands owned by the same company. If I'm wrong I'm sorry but if there pushing vacuums there staffed for increased of customers from the sales push.
The Hoover is temperamental on what you put in it. The Bissell is not temperamental on what you put into it.
The Bissell is easier to clean and it's easier to operate.
I could be biased but the Hoover we returned and got the proheat.
I'm pointing out my experiences. Panasonicvac has different experience. I'm not calling his bad or mine good. I'm saying we have different views.
