Is it either some
sort of singer twin turbo vac or a kenmore twin fan vac? Or something else? Also, nice vacuum collection by the way!

Definantly Kenmore!
If you look closely at the Headlight, on the bottom you can barely make out "KENMORE", Along with the gold writing on top of the hood (Seems to represent the presence of a 2-Speed function, although I can see no switch to engage into 2nd gear). Likely a budget model, But you've got to love that vibrant red!
