Singer Spot Cop

Has anyone ever seen or used a Singer Spot Cop? I'm not sure how they work, it looks like a hand vac which has a small tank for the water and solution. I guess it just dispenses the solution and then vacuums it up. The wheels make it seem as if you just push it forward and back.

For a short time Singer was making carpet and upholstery cleaners. They had this one and the Turtle, and maybe others. I know Bissell still made the turtle but I don't know if they made the Spot Cop.
