Good job on the outside. Did you tear apart the motor and rebuild it?

I did not need to rebuild the motor, it's in good running order. I Checked the brushes and cleaned it up. Sometimes "if it's not broken, don't fix it" especially if you can't replace parts if something go's wrong......thanks!
