Should i get a DC04?

I saw this DC04 All Floors (Clutched model) on ebay for a good price of £38 with FREE shipping.

Item description is in fully working order but comes with no tools, I guess those filters will need a wash then...But that is no problem! Let's hope it's made in the UK if I get.
