Shark is absolute rubbish
Absolutely no parts support, if it craps out a day out of the replacement warranty, you're screwed, unless the vac shop has a bunch of junked trade-ins to steal parts off of.
I do concede that they clean surprisingly well, though, but the center of gravity being as high as it is makes them tiresome to use versus more traditional cleaners.
