Kirby F.ans Please Help Last week the Light bulb on my Kirby Sentera 2 did not go on I understand that is something that must be taken to a Kirby dealer service to get fixed. Any one in Kirby Land know what that job would coast. I have many Kirbys in my collection I like that and my Heritage 2the best Also Love the 500 series. Thank you Stay safe God Bless. Love those Kirbya

If you can take off the hood its highly likely it's unplugged. I mean you can take it to a shop and spend $50-$75 to plug the light in for you. Look on YouTube I think it's 5 screws. You would spend 10 minutes watching a video. You would spend 15 minutes getting tools, fixing light and reassembling.
I promise it's easy it's on the left side there is 3 or 4 wires you follow those wires and right below the hood on the left side is likely where a wire came out of it's connector.
The link is a video on g5&g6. The sentria just has a couple more wires.
Pic 1 right where his hand is is where it's probably lose. The second pic is the same location. He tore apart the sentria 2. I screen shot to show you it's location. You need 2 torx a 15 and a 25. You will use the 25 on most bolts.

The vacuum came out in 2012, 8 years ago. It's likely a capacitor on the circuit board blew out, or the LED bulbs reached end of life if it was used a lot.

Lol

It could be that too. I just don't want him to get jacked around over something small.
If everything is plugged in take it to a shop.
