Santo Vacuum on ebay

I found this old Santo vacuum while scrolling on eBay. I find it interesting because of how little people seem to know about it and also the fact that this one looks to be very incomplete. Does anyone have a one of these in their collection because if so I would love to see a picture. I'm also not sure if this is one of the electric versions, but it doesn't look to be. Even if it is incomplete, I'm sure someone could find a use for it. Also, does anyone have an idea as to the age of this machine?

It’s a Santo but it’s not *that* Santo.

The cleaner on eBay would mount to a board with a fan chamber on the other end and a crank in the middle. The crank would turn the fan with a belt and the tube from that fan case would enter the bin(eBay) on the bottom. This one isn’t mine but it’s one of these
