Hey there,
I have a Royal Everlast that's only a couple of years old. However, the brush has trouble turning on the lowest setting or even close to the low settings. I have to use it on low for it even to get close to my carpet. It worked fine on low until the last few weeks. Would getting a new belt or brushroll, improve the brushroll and allow it to revolve properly on the lower settings?

Thanks!

Alex

Try a new Royal belt-since the machine is only a couple years old-it sounds like it needs a new belt.Royals have a tendency to go thru belts-for the ones in my collection I have a stock of spare belts on hand.New Royal belts for the newer machines are "treaded" like Kirby belts-but don't use a Kirby belt-they put too much tension on the Royal motor shaft.
