I wonder if the majority of the so-called "Anniversary Edition" uprights Royal had sold from the mid 1980s to the present had 3-wire cords?
I know the following Anniversary Edition models Royal sold used the 3-wire cords:
*85103 (1990-1991)
*8801AE (1992-1994)
*89103 (1994-1995)
*89130 (1995-2000)
*89135 (2000-2001)
*MRY8600 (2004-present)
I know the "75th Anniversary" ensemble of Royal uprights sold between July 1980 and June 1981 did not apply since it was merely just a sticker applied to their existing line of household and commercial models.
I would also like to know whether or not Royal made any of their "Anniversary Edition" vacuums with 3-wire cords prior to April 1990.
Thank you,
Ben Edge
