Is it true that up through the early 1990s, that Royal had two different "deluxe" attachment sets available for their metal uprights?
The basic eight-piece set was, I believe #302 (stock #1-302910-X01 = X denotes varying trim color), and that included the 7' long hose, two curved extension wands, crevice tool, hose adapter, round dusting brush, 10" floor brush and 6" upholstery tool. The 303 was no different than 302 except for the addition of a spray gun.
However, neither set came with the deluxe "Swivel-Ease" 11" aluminum floor nozzle which was available when you bought the 231 canister or the 401, 901 or 931 tanks.
