Kinda funny.....
Riccar "America" with a made in Taiwan sticker! I will say, I have a Simplicity 7300, 12amp., also made there, and it kicks a**. Too bad they didn't show the bottom to show the condition. It looks kinda rough body wise to warrant the price to me. Even though the chrome looking base is plastic, makes a nice looking machine. Hoover did a plastic chrome looking base, but every one I've seen, it seemed to peel off.
