As well as classic vacuums, I also really love retro kitchenware and other household items (such as radio's, telephones, clocks and furniture).

I thought this would be a great place where we can show off our lovely retro household items.

I don't have much, but here's a few snaps. My latest find was this lovely boxed stainless steel tea set that I found at a car boot

1953 New in box set of Vita Craft aluminum cookware.

This was sold door to door, the company still sells cookware door to door.

And here it is!

It was stored in the attic , evidently it was a gift from the ladys husband that was never used, it cost 117.00 new.

Wow , I love all that stuff too. Will take some pictures of my stuff as soon as I get a few minues and post them too. Some of the items I have are at our cabin in the north Ga mountains which we will be up in a few weeks for the summer.

Turbo500, am I mistaken ...

... or is that Hinari kettle of yours the same type as the one Hyacinth Bucket had in her kitchen on "Keeping Up Appearances"? And that Tefal one ... I might be wrong but I think that a cordless variation of it showed up in Jean and Lionel Hardcastle's kitchen on "As Time Goes By"!
