Welcome to the forum. I have done some searching for the items you have listed. I had no luck finding the waxer applicator. It is now obsolete. But i Have found the Turbo accessory and it looks like you can order the pads separately. Here's the link:

Here's the link for the floor buffer and yes this can also be used as a carpet fluffer, just make sure you clean off any wax residue before you fluff your carpets:
