A lady sent me some photos of something I've never seen before: A factory refurbished - reassembled - inspected and warranted by Electrolux -- MODEL E. I did not know they ever rebuilt any Model Es.


 


All she has is the motor unit, no attachments.


 


She's looking to sell it. I told her I'm not really all that interested since none of it is original; but if the price is right, I might take it in as a parts donor - assuming it has a good motor.

Interesting. That prompted my search for the listing of a refurbished Model (A)F that recently sold on eBay (although it was listed as a Model G, probably because the new color resembles that of the tan G). Below are some of the photos.

Note that Electrolux Corp. made the new serial numbers' suffixes match the model id.
