Rare Footage of Model B Torrington

This model used a long, wire handle fork, the bag was on the opposite side, and the hose connected through the badge on the front. Stan Kann Told me once there were only two Torrington models. He was not a fan of the model B, because he said the dirt would clog the entrance to the bag, because the fan exhausted the air straight up into the bag. The model C changed that.

I saw this as earlier today. It isn’t labeled Torrington, but it is definitely the model B

There is one in the Grand Rapids Public Museum, and the badge for one on eBay. It is one of my biggest dream machines.
That one is labelled Chautauqua, a private label from Torrington. They made sweepers under that name as well, in fact there are two on eBay.
