Second looks eureka to me. First one not sure. But I remember that my eureka wards from the 70s had a very compact tristar like feel and design to them except for the machine end.

Yes, the white one does have a Tristar-like feel to it but I kind thought it might be Eureka from the looks air valve on the nozzle end.

How about the black one? Instructions in English and French, but I don't think it's Fantom.

Okay, I've ID'ed the black hose by accident. It's an extension hose for the Kenmore direct drive/beltless upright. It may fit other Kenmores that I don't know about. However, it's an electric hose and that's part of what fooled me. There aren't many uprights that take an electric hose. Some of the Kenmores, including some of the earlier direct drive/beltless models, came with an electric Power-Mate Jr. for doing stairs, etc., and that's why the electric hose.

Wow! An electrified hose for a Kenmore upright? Amazing! I thought only Electrolux USA offered that kind of thing. It's too bad you can no longer get optional "extended reach" non-springy hoses for Kenmore and Panasonic uprights. I loved the earlier models where there was a door on the hose end of the suction intake behind the bag chamber where you could insert a long regular hose to do above-the-floor cleaning. These were so much easier to use then the stretch hoses on board uprights today. And to think Kenmore offered one that powered a PowerMate Junior for stairs and cars!!!! Amazing....
