Question about polishing Royals

My grandparents are having a yard sale this weekend and I'm going to be helping them with it as well as selling some of my machines. I have a Royal Model 602 Upright that I'm going to be selling and I was wondering if I could polish it because I want it to look nice. I've tried Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish on it before and it didn't work and I also tried using a Kirby Handi-Butler to polish it and that didn't work either. Any ideas on what I should use to polish it?

Auto Sole marine shine if you get that there, they have a special aluminium polish that does a great job on the royal and kirby machines, your local auto parts store should have some

Okay, thanks! So it's basically aluminum polish? Cuz I have aluminum polish if that will work? And do I buff it or use a cloth?
