Yes, they do come with cords, unless you're buying used off of E-bay some times.
You may need an extension pigtail if it will not reach your hose.
Before ordering, look at the three different pictures they show of hose ends and match it with your hose. When I replaced my central vacuum hose, the repair man at the vac store had to attach an adapter to the new hose so my older power nozzle pigtail would connect t it.
