Hi, I live in England and we had a Panasonic vaccuum growing up that I would like to try and identify.
I know my parents bought it a few years before I was born and was likely bought when the house was (they purchased it in the late 1980s). That does not mean the thing itself is a late 80s model, it was more likely an older model that was cheaper to buy.
Please see this picture: [https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/e3AAAeSw0TdohMwG/s-l1600.jpg]. It's a Panasonic MC-553
It looked almost exactly like that one, only the picture at the top was different. We had it only until recently, so I'm very familiar with the look.
Does anybody know of any other models which looks exactly like that one, but with different top pictures?

Quick additional question: Is using the word "Hoover" in place of "Vaccuum" considered a faux pas on this website? I grew up using "Hoover" (literally nobody I know uses vaccuum) but I switched it out just in case. I understand it might be as odd as calling all chocolate bars a "Cadbury's", right?
