Dear Rob, I'm sorry to tell you I actually can't send the U$S 12.00 through Pay Pal. Yesterday I went to downtown and visited 3 exchange shops and neither of them even knew PayPal, sometimes Uruguay behaves like a typical third world country! So if you allow me I would send you the money through Western Union which is really well known here. When you send your OK I make the arrangement. When you answer please let know your exact name according to your ID so with that in hand you'll be able to cash your money. I'm sorry so much disturbing you for a small amount but I too must pay U$S 5.00 for the sending. When you live outside the USA many simple things become complicated!. Sorry again and my regards. Gus
