Use Leather Dye.
You can colour clear waxes; neutral shoe-polish wax, beeswax, or caranuba wax, with a thimble full of Leather Dye. All leather dyes are available in a wide range of colours, so you'll be able to find a very-close match. They're permanent too.
If you use a plastic/vinyl polish (e.g. Abro® Headlight Polish) which rejuvenates plastics, that too can be coloured to an exact match.
The dye will penetrate scuffed areas, blending them into the surroundings, and the wax will dry hard, filling micro pores and scratches. The dye dries along with the wax polish.
I used a blue Leather Cream mixed with standard Caranuba Car Wax, to re-colour the blue bumpers & trim on a Kirby Tradition.
I used maroon leather dye, mixed with paste beeswax, to bring back colour and remove scuffs on a Kirby Legend.
Remember; the caranuba waxes we use, cover the entire surface, mask imperfections, and dry to a very hard, durable sheen. All you need to do is colour that wax prior to application.
