Well, today we put up our christmas tree and since the hoover fusion had already had its glamour hour when the cleaning lady came today, I decided to use the kirby to clean up after dragging in all those dirty boxes. Well it was doing a great job like it always does and I went to vacuum under the table when it sounded like the motor stopped then immediatly picked back up, but I never thought of it. I though it was just because I was vacuuming under the table that the sound waves got sent another direction. Then I went to do the rest of the room and it started again, rawr rawr rawr and I saw it that time since the light was flickering with the motor. So I shut it off right away and I went to unplug the kirby and when I grabbed the cord it was HOT! I told the rest of my family and my dad who is a man of electricity said it is more then likely the motor...

It'll have to take a trip to the local sew n vac right away...

Let me see..

I'll check it out! I have been busy all day with Christmas Decorations.

Thanks for the tip!
