Picked up an Oreck Dutchtech, however the bag carrier is missing. The part seems to be NLA, any suggestions on rigging one up?

This Oreck was made by Philips in the Netherlands. Some of our European friends might be able to source a bag holder for you. It looks like the Oreck DutchTech matches the Philips model number TC 633. The link below is from a Dutch Pinterest page showing lots of Philips canister vacuums - try to find the model number that most closely matches your vacuum:

Haven’t rounded up a bag holder yet but I bojacked something together so I could use it. I have to say it’s a very impressive machine. It’s extremely quiet, the sound of the air moving is louder than the motor. The power nozzle is almost silent as well.
Some interesting notes...
It has a double power switch, you push the button on the canister than you can use the switch on the hose grip. Left for suction on right for suction and PN
Had two options for exhaust filter, a smaller electrostatic one and a larger HEPA filter.
Had a park position for the wand which shuts off the unit when you place it in the holder.

I know the canister was made by Philips but who made this particular power nozzle. I believe some models had a Wessel Werk PN but I’ve never seen one like this.

Cameron.

It truly is Philips.
Philips made excellent vacuums back then.
Powerful and quiet, with attention to details.
Here is very good in depth video of the same series vacuum:

Power nozzle

Unfortunately I don't have any information on where to find a bag dock however I can help you with the power nozzle information. What you have there is still a wessel werk but it is an ebk 280 here's a photo of it as well as a link to the wessel werk USA site's listing for the 280
