I own one, and i only use it occasionally. It is pretty powerful, and does a very nice job, the only downside in my opinion is it is a touch noisy for its size. It isnt really a "screamer" but it isnt worlds quietest machine.

I can post more detailed pictures for you, and a few machines next to it for size comparison.

Thanks Kyle...

pictures would be great. Are we talking "Oreck Loud" or "Dirt Devil Feather Lite Loud?"

Does it compare at all to the old Panasonics in that it manuevers easily? Does it work well on bare floors?

It really looks like a cool little vacuum.

If I remember, it wasn't TO loud, definitely not as loud as an Oreck or Featherlite. I honestly can't remember to much when I used Kyle's, but it might have been a Chinese plasti-vac sound. But again, I might be wrong

Btw...

The Carpet/Floor selector does NOT turn off the brushroll like the original Jet Flo did. all it does is raise the nozzle by popping down a soft squeegee (?) so the brushroll does not come in contact to the floor.

THANKS!

That is a small vacuum. Looks very interesting. Thank you so much for the pictures. It really does compare in size to the original doesn't it. Thanks for the info on the bare floor switch. I have never seen that style before. It seems like it would work well. I always liked to hear the sound of just the suction motor on the Jet Flo. I have never seen a Jet Flo exactly like yours. You have some cool vacuums.

I saw one of these at a flea market for 10 bucks a few months ago.... I knew it was "panasinic" when I saw it, but the one I saw was in awful shape... hose taped, cord wrap and attachment clip broken, and it was sitting crooked in the grass because one of the wheels was missing.... I would have bought it had it been in better shape.... but I didn't know anything about it or what belts/bags it took anyway.... it doesn't have a "cutness" factor going on, and much like my Broom Vac, seems to fit a small apartment well. Panasonic seems to have issues with cord hooks snapping off!

Congrats though!

That panasonic

is so cute! I am starting to want one of those and by the way, what model of regina housekeeper is that in the background?

I have a Dust Care backpack vacuum and while I can't speak to the uprights other than a display at a local shop with probably the rudest, negative shop-owner I've ever met, I've been pretty impressed with my backpack. I bought it on Craigslist for about half the average selling price and have pretty much all good to say about it. After a year or so, I needed a couple of parts and I called the company directly and they sold me what I needed over the phone and cheap too! They were very nice to talk to & trade with and the parts were in stock and arrived within a couple of business days. I give them 'two wands up'.
