Yeah Shark vacuums are okay, but not worth the MSRP they charge, and mine keep having problems of working well for 2-3 months then all of a sudden the suction goes kaput. I check every single seal, filter, air channel, everything and find no faults. Short of dismantling the entire vacuum I have no idea what causes it. It's like it has a massive air leak somewhere. I'd say I'd prefer a Dyson but I have wool area rugs and Dyson's cheap bristles shred through carpet like a cheese grater, so that's no good for me either.
