That's just a nozzle that connects to a larger vacuum system that you tote around.
The seller doesn't know what it is and they do not have the rest of the unit.

I don't think it's an add on. I thought it would have a fan of some sort but looking at this schematic it seems to just be a dual brush battery powered sweeper.

So it had some kind of weird dust bin on the back? That's strange. Yeah it looks like it must be just a floor sweeper. I was sure it was an attachment.
There is absolutely no info about NSS out there outside of the Pig, so it's hard to find information. I have one of their Supersuction uprights, its bright yellow, and I cannot find any correspondence about it. It looks like a Sebo upright.

From my understanding, those Marshall uprights are made by an Italian company (not Lindhaus) who also makes uprights for Karcher and Tornado.

Oh wow, the mystery deepens. I will have to take a closer look at mine, maybe the model sticker says something.
