Nosy lady at supermarket

I was grocery shopping yesterday. A lady in front of me was watching me put my groceries on the conveyor. (I hate that.)


 


She saw the stack of cat food cans and cooed, "Oh, do you have a cat?!? [Clueless question of the day.]


 


I replied, "No, the cat food is for Gramma."

The look on the [still clueless] lady's face indicated she believed me.

My Mom one time cracked me up at Walmart. We were on our way home from work (2am) and stopped at Walmart real quick for bread and canned dog food. As the checker was scanning it Mom said have you ever tried that on bread? GOOD STUFF!!!!!
