I'd rather try to find an NOS R-1024B, R-1024F or R-1024G.

Did you read the actual auction, these power nozzles were built with new replacement parts, they are not new old stock, these were built with parts by someone, not Rainbow themselves. At one time when I had my store in the 80's I used to build brand new Kirby vacuums, I ordered all new heads, motor housings, field and armatures, it was quite fun, bad then it wasn't that expensive either, I think if memory serves me right I built a Dual 50 for under $150.00.

I should have said, "Rainbow power head: probably, but not certainly, assembled by someone other than Rainbow of NOS parts" or something like that.
