One of the major modifications on the DC04 and something that made the cleaner a LOT better was the resigned filters. I'm pleased to see Dyson are, at the very least, trying to reduce the maintenance on their cleaners. Hopefully these new ones might last a bit longer as I know plenty of Dyson uses who threw out their cleaners just because it "wasn't sucking" and needed a filter clean. A great idea, lets see how well it works. These will come down in price pretty rapidly. Dyson's usually do.</blockquote>
