Looks to be in good shape - just missing one hubcap.
It has all the original green tools too, which I find are often missing. Interestingly, the dusting brush and crevice tool are the newer style like Hoover started using in the 80s on Dimension, Spirit, etc. Possibly indicating this Celebrity is a slightly later production model.
