I remember seeing a Vorwerk Vacuum system in a vacuum cleaner store in the Wash DC area many years ago-it was back at a time I didn't collect vacuums-but had an interest in them-the vac shop operator said it was a trade in towards a new vacuum-he was trying to sell it-It so make me think-those Vorwerk machines such as that are like a German Kirby!The one the shop was selling had the carpet tool,hard floor tool,and the hose with hand tools.And it was a direct air machine.
