I planned to publish this in my "Strange encounters from the HOOVER kind thread", But this thing deserves a thread of it's own!
If it is so "NEW", Why does the box suffer water damage (Not to mention the BLACK MOLD growing on it)! WHY is the aluminum tarnished, with mold also growing on the hose? where is the box? the shampooer? Insanity!
