This is the first new Sanitaire to be created by the company’s new owner Bissell. Love the simple, lightweight Oreck-clone design. It’s a bit pricey at $1,000 but I like the idea of bringing the new powerful lithium battery technology to the design of new full-size bagged cleaners.

Looks to me like a rebadged Simplicity Freedom cordless. Can anyone either confirm or deny this?

Indeed...it looks identical. Right down to the colours. That’s a good contract for Tacony, methinks.

Looks nice, but not for $1G! Especially when I can get a Riccar Supralite or Simplicity Freedom cordless for probably close to $500-$600 price range.
