If it was my listing, I'd put the thing together and show what it looks like fully assembled. It isn't enough to just take it out of the box. I'd also write on the actual listing that I have put it together to show what it looks like. Adding something next to it that is bigger would benefit the size of the product, too.
You've increased the buy price as well which can be off putting. I'd lessen the starting bid though to give buyers a chance and to see if it gets interest.
