Just recently purchased the home version of the Rug Doctor carpet cleaner.

Hands down better than any Hoover or Bissell I have used. The quality of the product is far superior. Air flow is as described about 75% better. The scrubbing brush action also seems to be of good design. Far better that the Hoover Spin Scrub action.

Quiet and no high pitch whining motor. Cord length is good. Folds nicely for storage. Hose is good quality. Looking forward to many years of good service from this machine.

I have

one of the rug doctors except mine looks like the ones you rent at the store. Except mine is blue and white/ I hope it works good( I haven't used it yet) several of my friends have used it. Said it does a beautiful job..I'll use it once I get moved out of this house..
