I am wondering
if Aerus is replacing our bags with the new batch or some get the new batch and some are getting the old batch hence the difference .
My new batch are a pack of 12 in a clear plastic bag . Aerus bags come in boxes for all the other machines the new bags are thicker that I have received I cut them both open .
My Aerus rep told me that he heard they made them thicker for the bags to sell to consumers the bags that came with the machines were the problem bags.
The power nozzle staying on was a problem that has been corrected it was a software glitch . I am waiting to see if they will fix it for us current owners if so I am sure it will be a control board that has to be replaced.
