The 87 just looks so amputated and unfinished without the cordwinder.
Here's one for ya, Doug. While I don't have a green pigtail hose for an 87/89 - just the wrap around clipon cord for the green trigger handle - I do have a beige/brownish pink (matches the AP100) saran weave power hose fitted for the 80 series with the V channel bezel for the 80s bumper trim. The pigtail has been removed (or never fitted) from the bezel 'box' but the comnnection is in place under that wide metal collar. Sadly the wand end has no power socket but the hose does carry power all the way to the handle. Also this hose has no suction loss.
What 80 vacuum would this have gone with? Or is it simply an AP hose with a beige 80 pigtail end on it? The colors don't really go with the red/cream 86 or 88.
My AP100 has a completely different hose end with circumferential power blades.
