So i was walking home from school and noticed my neighbors have put a hand held with instructions in a bag for someone to take so i went back later and got it
Good home plugged in the hose was blocked unblocked it and way it went its really good and like new wash the hose and bin and the crevice tool
Anyway here it is

Its the Eureka Easy Clean here in the states. Ive got one and it cleans very well, but filtration is something to be desired, witch is the case with many handhelds anyway lol. Looks ne ..good luck with it!
