My Hoover Alpina and....

Hi all. I have been on the look out for one of these for sometime now.
I've have had several models of Alpina over the years. I believe this is the TOL 1993 model as by 1994 they introduced the other TOL models with the switchs in the hose handle etc.

Hey James,

Good find I like the Alpina too and picked up the TOL with remote control a couple of months ago. Don't really see that many of them around now.

Every time I see a HOOVER Alpina I always think it looks a lot like my 2000 Electrolux Tango! Does anybody agree ?

Sorry to be pedantic, but I was sure that the Alpina range did not go on sale at all in the UK until the later part of 1994. What does the serial number of this cleaner say?
