GE V11 C3 Mfg date


I believe you guys, because you seem to be the experts.  However, I removed the wheel base and took these pics of the bottom.  Maybe it is a replacement for the original, or a service/repair facility marked it with this date, but the 1965 is unmistakable.  I guess just chalk it up to another unsolved mystery of the universe.


Anyway, it's not like I'm parting with a family heirloom, but I'd hate to sell it to some local on Craigslist for $15 who will just destroy it sucking up drywall dust.  (I found a Kirby in this condition in someone's trash.)
