MY first old lux

I just purchased a Brown and aligator skin Lux with the cord rewinder, and cloth bag.It has skis and two black wheels on the back. I think it is about 1935?? Does anyone eles know the year of the vac? I plugged it in and it works . The cloth bag doe have a small hole in it. Oh yes and it does have the original hose. Pics next week. I paid $20 for it.What do ya all think? Maybe I will restore it...any tips on that?

Hi Brad - its a model 57 - 1953 to 1957 - that was the delux machine at the time. Take a look at my web page for the inf and all the parts that came with it
