Thank you, I will try something like Odoban. I did use some Lysol on it last time I was working on it and that seemed to help some. It seems any vacs I get at Habitat have a musty smell to them. It's not as noticeable in the store, but when you get them home they always have that distinct smell.


I think tomorrow I will try some penetrating oil around the pulley and see if I can get the screw out. It is really tight, I have tried multiple times with the biggest flat blade screwdriver I have and that screw will not budge.
