the 1205 hose was blue with a white tracer, blue parts
1205J (or golden Jubilee) hose was white with blue and gold tracers (the reason for this was that the Blue model L was still being sold so the hose pattern could be used with it too - hence the blue) white parts. Early pn2's still had the dark blue elbow then it was changed to white to match the vac.
1401 (Super J) 1st hose was white with blue and gold tracers same as the GJ, then they changed to yellow/gold with white and blue tracers. White parts. The first PN4's had a chrome cover while the last of the run had a gold cover.
